# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 118: Reserve Forces Appeal Tribunals Rules 1997

In rule 35(2) of the Reserve Forces Appeal Tribunals Rules 1997 (method of sending delivering or serving documents, etc) for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “postal operator (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) concerned”.
