# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 125: National Lottery (Imposition of Penalties and Revocation of Licences) Procedure Regulations 1999

In regulation 19(2) of the National Lottery (Imposition of Penalties and Revocation of Licences) Procedure Regulations 1999 (giving of notices) for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “postal operator (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) concerned”.
