# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 126: Education (Registered Inspectors of Schools Appeal Tribunal and Registered Nursery Education Inspectors Appeal Tribunal) (Procedure) Regulations 1999

In regulation 36(2) of the Education (Registered Inspectors of Schools Appeal Tribunal and Registered Nursery Education Inspectors Appeal Tribunal) (Procedure) Regulations 1999 (method of sending, delivering or serving documents, etc) for the words “Post Office” are substituted for the words “postal operator (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) concerned”.
