In Schedule 7 to the Local Government (Best Value) Performance Indicators Order 2000 (housing benefit and council tax benefit indicators), in the entry relating to indicator number 1, in paragraph (3)(a) for the words “the Post Office” are substituted the words “a postal operator (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000)”.
