# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 15: Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947

In section 7(1) of the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure)(Scotland) Act 1947 (interpretation), in the definition of “statutory undertakers”, at the end are inserted the words “, or a universal service provider (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) in connection with the provision of a universal postal service (within the meaning of that Act)”.
