# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 17: Criminal Justice Act 1961

In section 23(2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1961 (prison rules) for the words “through the post office” are substituted the words “by post”.
