# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 2: Improvement of Land Act 1864

In section 7 of the Improvement of Land Act 1864 (service of notices on other persons) for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “postal operator (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) concerned”.
