# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 29: Pensions (Increase) Act 1971

After paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 (pensions of former civil servants payable by Post Office company) is inserted—
“(3A) In paragraph 3 above “the Post Office company” has the same meaning as in Part IV of the Postal Services Act 2000.”.
