# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 33: Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations 1971

In regulation 16(1) of the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations 1971 (exhibition of licences)—
(a) for the words “any post office” are substituted the words “any postal operator (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000)”; and
(b) for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “postal operator concerned”.
