# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 34: Misuse of Drugs (Safe Custody) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 1973

In regulation 5(2) of the Misuse of Drugs (Safe Custody)(Northern Ireland) Regulations 1973 for the words “the Post Office” are substituted the words “a postal operator (within the meaning given by section 125(1) of the Postal Services Act 2000)”.
