# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 44: Credit Unions Act 1979

In section 31(1) of the Credit Unions Act 1979 (interpretation), in the definition of “authorised bank”, at the end of paragraph (a), is inserted the word “and”.
