# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 51: New Towns Act 1981

In section 78(1)(d) of the New Towns Act 1981 (meaning etc. of “appropriate Minister”) for the words “the Post Office” are substituted the words “a universal postal service provider”.
