  "heading": "Acquisition of Land Act 1981",
  "text": "(1) The Acquisition of Land Act 1981 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 7(1) (interpretation), at the appropriate place, is inserted—\n““universal service provider” has the same meaning as in the Postal Services Act 2000; and references to the provision of a universal postal service shall be construed in accordance with that Act.”.\n(2) In section 8 (statutory undertakers)—\n(a) in subsection (1)(c) for the words “the Post Office” are substituted the words “a universal service provider in connection with the provision of a universal postal service”; and\n(b) after subsection (1) is inserted—\n“(1A) The undertaking of a universal service provider so far as relating to the provision of a universal postal service shall be taken to be his statutory undertaking for the purposes of this Act; and references in this Act to his undertaking shall be construed accordingly.”.",
