# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 65: Misuse of Drugs Regulations 1985

In regulation 6(7)(c) of the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 1985 (general authority to supply and possess) for the words “the Post Office” are substituted the words “a postal operator (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000)”.
