# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 67: Magistrates' Courts (Discontinuance of Proceedings) Rules 1986

In rule 4 of the Magistrates' Courts (Discontinuance of Proceedings) Rules 1986 for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “postal operator (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) concerned”.
