# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 7: Law of Property Act 1925

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 196(4) of the Law of Property Act 1925 (regulations respecting notices) for the words “through the post-office” are substituted the words “by the postal operator (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) concerned”.
