# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 73: Housing (Scotland) Act 1987

In section 338(1) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 (interpretation) in the definition of “public undertakers” at the end there are added the words “(including a universal service provider (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) in connection with the provision of a universal postal service (within the meaning of that Act))”.
