# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 82: Town and Country Planning Act 1990

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 265(1)(c) of that Act (meaning of appropriate Minister) for the words “the Post Office” are substituted the words “a universal postal service provider”.
