# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 91: Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991

In Article 2(2) of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 (interpretation), in the definition of “statutory undertaker”, for the words “the Post Office” are substituted the words “a universal service provider (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) in connection with the provision of a universal postal service (within the meaning of that Act)”.
