# The Postal Services Act 2000 (Consequential Modifications No. 1) Order 2001, Paragraph 99: Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In Article 2(2) of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993, in the definition of “statutory undertaker”, for sub-paragraph (a) is substituted—
“(a) a universal service producer (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) in connection with the provision of a universal postal service (within the meaning of that Act)”.
