# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2011, Introduction: Introductory text

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 93(3) of the Postal Services Act 2011.
In accordance with section 6(4) of that Act Post Office Limited was designated for the purposes of section 6(1) of that Act by The Post Office Limited (Designation) Order 2011:
