# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Commencement No. 3 and Saving Provisions) Order 2012, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order—
“the 2011 Act” means the Postal Services Act 2011;
“the 2000 Act” means the Postal Services Act 2000;
“the commencement date” means 23rd April 2012;
“the Schedule” means Schedule 12 to the 2011 Act.
