# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 1: Agricultural Credits (Scotland) Act 1929


In section 9 of the Agricultural Credits (Scotland) Act 1929 (interpretation) in the definition of “Bank” for paragraph (d) substitute “ a Post Office company within the meaning of Part 1 of the Postal Services Act 2011 in the exercise of its powers to provide banking services ”.
