  "heading": "Postal Packets (Customs and Excise) Regulations 1986",
  "text": "(1) The Postal Packets (Customs and Excise) Regulations 1986 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 2(a)—\n(a) for “ “post office”, “postal operator” and “registered post service” have the same meaning as in the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ “post office” and “registered post service” have the same meaning as in the Postal Services Act 2000”;\n(b) before the definition of “postal packet” insert “ “postal operator” has the same meaning as in Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;\n(c) in the definition of “postal packet”—\n(i) for the words “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;\n(ii) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.\n(3) In regulation 9(1) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.",
