# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 20: Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986


In the table in regulation 3(2) of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 (interpretation) in the meaning specified in column 2 for the expression “public works vehicle” specified in column 1—
(a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;
(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
