# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 24: Nottingham Park Estate Act 1990


In section 16 of the Nottingham Park Estate Act 1990 (local land charge)—
(a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;
(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
