# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 29: Bail (Amendment) Act 1993 (Prescription of Prosecuting Authorities) Order 1994


In the Schedule to the Bail (Amendment) Act 1993 (Prescription of Prosecuting Authorities) Order 1994 (prescribed prosecuting authority)—
(a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;
(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
