# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 36: Vehicle Excise Duty (Immobilisation, Removal and Disposal of Vehicles) Regulations 1997


In regulation 4(2)(g) of the Vehicle Excise Duty (Immobilisation, Removal and Disposal of Vehicles) Regulations 1997 (disapplication of the regulations)—
(a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;
(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
