# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 42: Information Tribunal (National Security Appeals) (Telecommunications) Rules 2000


(1) The Information Tribunal (National Security Appeals) (Telecommunications) Rules 2000 are amended as follows.
(2) In rule 5(4) (time limit for appealing) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
(3) In rule 13(2) (withdrawal of appeal) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
