# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 43: General Chiropractic Council (Health Appeal Tribunal) Rules Order 2000


In rule 8(11) of the Schedule to the General Chiropractic Council (Health Appeal Tribunal) Rules Order 2000 documents and evidence), for “the Post Office or other postal operator” substitute “ a postal operator within the meaning of Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
