# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 50: Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park Elections (Scotland) Order 2002


In article 32 of the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park Elections (Scotland) Order 2003 (Delivery of ballot papers)—
(a) in paragraph (1)(a) for “universal postal service provider” substitute “ universal service provider within the meaning of Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;
(b) in paragraph (2) for “universal postal service provider” substitute “ universal service provider ”.
