# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 52: Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003


In the definition of “statutory undertaker” in section 32 of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 (interpretation), in sub-paragraph (i) for “a universal postal service provider within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000 (c.26)” substitute “ a universal service provider within the meaning of Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 (c.5) ”.
