# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 53: Northern Ireland Act 1998 (Designation of Public Authorities) Order 2003


In Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Act 1998 (Designation of Public Authorities) Order 2003 (Bodies listed in Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 and designated for the purposes of section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998)—
(a) for “Postal Services Commission” substitute “ the Office of Communications ”;
(b) omit the entry for “Consumer Council for Postal Services”.
