# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 55: Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2003

In paragraph 7(1)(a) of Schedule 3 to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2003 (Exclusion of Section 4(2)(a) and (b) of the Act) for “the Post Office Corporation” substitute “a universal service provider within the meaning of Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011”.
