# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 56: Greater London Authority Elections (Election Addresses) Order 2003


(1) The Greater London Authority Elections (Election Addresses) Order 2003 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2(1) (interpretation) omit the definition of “universal postal service provider”.
(3) In article 9 (distribution of election booklets), for paragraph (2) substitute “ (2) The election booklets shall be delivered by a postal operator within the meaning of Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011. ”.
