# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 58: Nature Conservation (Scotland) Act 2004


In section 58(1) of the Nature Conservation (Scotland) Act 2004 (interpretation), for paragraph (h) in the definition of “statutory undertaker”, substitute—
“(h) a universal service provider within the meaning of Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 (c.5).”.
