# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 6: Isle of Wight County Council Act 1971


In section 20 of the Isle of Wight County Council Act 1971 (power to Council to assist industry), in paragraph (a) of the proviso—
(a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;
(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
