# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 61: Regional Assembly and Local Government Referendums Order 2004


In Schedule 1 to the Regional Assembly and Local Government Referendums Order 2004 (The Regional Assembly and Local Government Referendum Rules), in rule 1(1) in the definition of “universal postal service provider” for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
