# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 65: Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2006


In section 67(3) (service of documents) and section 87(6) (date, time and place of assessment) of the Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2006 , for “section 125(1) of the Postal Services Act 2000 (c.26)” substitute “ section 27 of the Postal Services Act 2011 (c.5) ” in each case.
