# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 66: Transport and Works (Applications and Objections Procedure) (England and Wales) Rules 2006


In rule 4 (interpretation and notices) of the Transport and Works (Applications and Objections Procedure) (England and Wales) Rules 2006 , in the definition of “universal service provider”—
(a) for “section 4 of the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;
(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
