# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 68: Representation of the People (Absent Voting at Local Government Elections) (Scotland) Regulations 2007


In regulation 2(1) of the Representation of the People (Absent Voting at Local Government Elections) (Scotland) Regulations 2007 (interpretation) in the definition of “universal postal service provider” for “section 4(3) (provision of a universal postal service: meaning) of the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
