# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 69: Business Improvement Districts (Scotland) Regulations 2007


In Schedule 2 of the Business Improvement Districts (Scotland) Regulations 2007 for paragraph 10(4) (procedure on issue of ballot paper), substitute—
“(4) For the purpose of delivering the ballot papers, the ballot holder may use a postal operator within the meaning of Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011.”.
