# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 71: Representation of the People (Postal Voting for Local Government Elections) (Scotland) Regulations 2007


In regulation 3(1) of the Representation of the People (Postal Voting for Local Government Elections) (Scotland) Regulations 2007 (interpretation), in the definition of “universal postal service provider” for “in terms of the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ within the meaning of Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
