# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 72: Transport and Works (Scotland) Act 2007 (Applications and Objections Procedure) Rules 2007


In Schedule 4 to the Transport and Works (Scotland) Act 2007 (Applications and Objections Procedure) Rules 2007 , in column 1 of paragraph 9—
(a) for “section 4 of the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;
(b) for “section 4 of that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
