# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 74: Legislative Reform (Health and Safety Executive) Order 2008


In Schedule 3 to the Legislative Reform (Health and Safety Executive) Order 2008 (amendments) omit the amendments to the Postal Services Act 2000 which are superseded by the Postal Services Act 2011.
