# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 75: Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Practices Regulations 2008


In Schedule 2 to the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Practices Regulations 2008 (amendments), omit paragraph 60 (amendments to the Postal Services Act 2000) which is superseded by the Postal Services Act 2011.
