# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 77: Non-Domestic Rating (Small Business Relief) (Wales) Order 2008


In article 2 of the Non-Domestic Rating (Small Business Relief) (Wales) (Order) 2008 (interpretation), in the definition of “post office” for “section 42(3) of the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ section 125(1) of the Postal Services Act 2000 ”.
