# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 78: Absent Voting at Scottish Local Government Elections (Provision of Personal Identifiers) Regulations 2009


In regulation 11 of the Absent Voting at Scottish Local Government Elections (Provision of Personal Identifiers) Regulations 2009 (interpretation), in the definition of “universal postal service provider” for “section 4(3) of the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
