# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 80: Health Board Elections (Scotland) Regulations 2009


In Part 6 (voting packs and ballot papers) of the Schedule to the Health Board Elections (Scotland) Regulations 2009 , (Health Board election rules), in paragraph 21(5)(a), for “section 4(3) and (4) of the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
