# The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 83: Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2009


In Schedule 1 to The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2009 (consequential amendments), omit paragraphs 183(2) and (3) (amendments to the Postal Services Act 2000) which have been superseded by the Postal Services Act 2011.
